The Soul Behind the Signs
The journey to here
For most of my life I’ve lived what felt like two separate lives.
There’s the corporate me – the buttoned-up executive coach who works with leaders at global organizations, helping them navigate complexity and build high-performing teams.
And then there’s the spiritual me – the seeker obsessed with synchronicity, crystals, human design, gene keys and the collective purpose. The reiki master and energy healer who’s studied with mystics in the Australian Outback, shamans in the New Mexico desert, and spiritual healers and teachers around the world.
One side knows me as a trusted advisor and guide. The other knows me as a traveller of inner realms, searching for truth and purpose.
For years, I’ve kept these lives separate - then came the sign I couldn't ignore.
The moment everything changed
After my sister passed away unexpectedly in 2022, I walked into her room and found a podcast microphone and headset, still in boxes, sitting in the center of the floor. Right in the middle of the space, impossible to miss.
I knew immediately what it meant. It was time to stop hiding my spiritual side, stop talking about getting my voice out there, and start doing. Helping others recognize what I’ve spent decades learning: that we all come into this life with a unique purpose, and the universe is constantly sending us signs to help us find it. And the time has come, for me, and for you, to stop seeking and start living this new way of life.
Professional background
Throughout my career as an executive coach, I gained a Masters in Organizational Leadership, a laundry list of certifications from neuroscience in coaching to team coaching to adult development and conflict resolution, methodologies like CBT and non-violent communications.
And in parallel I studied with teachers in shamanism, energy healing, intuitive development, Christian mysticism, who taught me that the deepest insights didn’t come from business schools or leadership frameworks. They can also come from a larger consciousness beyond our rational mind.
This is the foundation of my practice today. Helping leaders not just towards professional success, but towards meaning, purpose and a deeper sense of fulfilment.
The spiritual quest
Alongside my professional life, I’ve devoted decades to a committed spiritual journey - a search for meaning, purpose and guidance. This hasn’t been casual exploration, but a deep apprenticeship in learning to recognize the language of the universe.
From the messages in dreams to signs in nature, from synchronicities that stop you in your tracks to the quiet certainty of intuitive knowing - I’ve spent years developing what I call my own “sign language.”
Bringing the worlds together
After spending decades in the San Francisco Bay Area, I moved to (and currently live in) central New York with my husband Laurence and our rescue Great Pyrenees, Luna.
And now I’m ready. To bridge my worlds. To help others discover what I have learned. To align others with their purpose and get out of their own way.
I’m ready to talk about how intuitive wisdom can help leaders make better decisions. That the signs and insights are available to anyone willing to pay attention. And the corporate world's hunger for "purpose-driven leadership" is really a hunger for something much deeper - a connection to our soul's true calling.
My mission now
Through the "Surrendering to the Signs" podcast, speaking engagements, retreats, and my writing, I help people recognize that their biggest challenges often contain their greatest gifts. I teach practical tools for reading universal guidance, making decisions from intuition, and finding the courage and love for themselves to follow where the signs are leading.
My approach isn't about abandoning logic or practical thinking. It's about expanding your toolkit to include the wisdom that's always been available - if you know how to listen.

I believe we're all here for a reason, and that reason will make itself known through signs, synchronicities, and the quiet voice of inner knowing. My job is simply to help you recognize what's already there.
